Excellent car for the price!
By driver | on Wednesday, October 11, 2017
I purchased a 2016 sonata in May 2016. Over the lifetime of the car so far I have averaged 48 MpG(This is a mixture of city and highway miles and is measured at the pump!) This car rides very smooth and is very quiet. I am not a fan of cars generally speaking, I prefer SUVs and pickups, but out of the cars I have owned in my life, this is definitely my favorite. I constantly have passengers exclaim how roomy the back seat is(even people 6 feet 6 inches tall). The car has plenty of legroom for 4 tall adults… - 5.0
7 years and still like new
By b793e285 | on Friday, August 11, 2023
I bought this new in 2016 and have had 7 years now. No problems. The car is solid, meaning that if feels strong and built to be durable. It is comfortable, economical, reliable, has room for large adults in the back. It's quick when I need it also. On one tank where I babied it to see the best mileage I could get. I drove 836.5 miles on one tank of gas (17.1672 gallons) for a total mileage number of 48.71mpg. I average 44 to 45mpg with normal driving which is great for a large car. I get a lot of comments that it's nice looking car. It also noticed that it turns sharper than any car I have ever had.… - 5.0
Solid performance

I posted back in 2019. It's getting close to the end of 2021 and this car has been a daily driver. I use it for work, and for long distance road trips. I have had zero problems. My wife asked me today what I would change, and I told her my next car will be AWD. This is a heavy sedan due to the hybrid battery, etc, and slick roads are not its friend. Otherwise, it is comfortable, roomy, and going strong.…
