    Had an appointment at 1:00 pm on a Monday. They didn't get to my truck until the following day 11:00 am. Just to get serviced. Didn't bother calling me until after 5:00 pm on that Monday to let me know they were not going to even look at my truck that day. This dealer ship has no consideration for people's time. They never have loaner cars available for these circumstances. I 100% regret buying my truck here. I will not ever use Jeff Schmitt again for service or anything else.
